**Reservations must be made by July 24, 2012, in order to guarantee special rates. However, we highly encourage you to reserve your room in advance since most properties will become sold out.

APCO's official housing provider is The Housing Connection based in Salt Lake City. Reservations can be made through APCO/The Housing Connection by internet, phone or fax as detailed above. APCO is aware that in the past, several hotel booking companies have contacted our exhibitors claiming to be affiliated with APCO. This is not the case. None of these companies are affiliated with APCO and they have not been authorized by APCO to contact anyone regarding housing for the upcoming APCO International 78th Annual Meeting. The only official housing provider for APCO is The Housing Connection.

Transportation will be provided to and from the Minneapolis Convention Center and the hotels listed below:

White Route – All hotels (Minicoach reserved for attendee with disabilities)

Deposit Required
All reservation requests must be accompanied by a credit card guarantee or check in the amount equaling a deposit for one night’s room and tax for each room reserved. Tax is currently 13.4% and is subject to change. Housing forms received without a valid guarantee, deposit will not be processed.

Cancellation Policy
Any cancellations after July 24, 2012 and prior to 48 hours before arrival date will be subject to a $50 processing fee.  One night’s room and tax will be forfeited entirely if cancellation occurs within 48 hours of arrival date.
